Ingredients
1/3cupcashew butterallergen
3tbspcollagen
3/4cupdesiccated coconut
4dried, pitted datescan swap for 2 medjool dates
2tbspcoconut oil
Instructions
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combined
Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days
