Cashew Collagen Balls

Equipment

  • High speed blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup cashew butter allergen
  • 3 tbsp collagen
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 4 dried, pitted dates can swap for 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combined
  • Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days

Notes

AGE APPROPRIATE: once tolerating cashews (allergen)
Serve in long 'long' shapes until over 12 months of age.
