Ingredients

cubed pumpkin

small sweet potato
roughly 3/4 cup
1
clove of garlic
1
tsp
miso
allergen*

tsp
finely grated ginger

cups
bone broth
Instructions
Peel and cube the pumpkin and sweet potato into equal sized pieces. Add them to a pot
Peel and dice the garlic clove and add that to the pot with the finely grated ginger, miso and bone broth
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer uncovered for roughly 25 minutes until the vegetables are soft
Pour into a blender and blend until smooth

AGE APPROPRIATE:
when tolerating soy (miso), or you can omit
