Ingredients

heaped cassava flour
(could also use spelt or buckwheat)

sprinkle
cinnamon

hemp seeds

Ghee or coconut oil to cook in
Instructions
Add all ingredients except ghee to a bowl, stir to combineMelt ghee in a frying pan over medium heat
Once pan is hot, add the batter in small fritters (I made 3) and pan fry on both sides until cooked through
Serve as a whole fritter or cut into finger shape sizes for your baby or toddler
Notes
Age appropriate: when tolerating egg
Freezer friendly: yes
*spread with nut butter for extra nutrients!!
