Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
In a large bowl combine the oats, nuts and seeds
Place a small saucepan/pot on the scales and combine the three wet ingredients into the pot.This is an easy way to measure them all and less cleaning up. Transfer to the stove and heat on very low until they have combined well and melted.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well to combine. Press into a 24cm square tin ( or similar) lined with baking paper, sprinkle your additional nuts and seeds onto the top and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
