Instructions
Mix the chia seeds with liquid of choice let them sit for between 30 minutes to two hours, or even better, overnight.
Notes
Soaked chia seeds can typically last for up to five days refrigerated.You can add this ‘chia gel’ to any puree or meal you wish, or directly into water. Perfect nutrient boost for any meal and great to aid constipation.
