Instructions
Take out a large bowl and add in the goji berries, sultanas, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and cacao powder. Roughly chop the almonds and add those in too. Stir well
Place the coconut oil, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract and butter into a small saucepan and heat over a low heat until melted. Pour straight into the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper and smooth it over with the back of a spoon.
Place into the freezer to set for three hours until cutting.
* Store in the freezer until ready to be consumedÂ
Notes
Suitable for over 12 months. Chop almonds fine for under 2 years of age.
