Method
- Finely dice the onion, garlic and celery. Cut the apple and zucchini into small equal sized chunks
- Slice the sausages into small equal sized pieces. Add them to a hot pan with oil until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside
- Add another tablespoon of oil into the pan and begin cooking the onions, garlic, celery, apple and zucchini until soft
- Add the curry powder and peas and cook for a further minute
- Add the sausage back in and the flour. Stir well cooking for a further minute
- Pour in the broth and honey and allow to cook for a further 5 minutes until the sausages have cooked and it has thickened

*Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
For GF - swap the spelt flour for cassava or buckwheat.
