Fat Bomb Gelatin Gummies

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Silicone moulds
  • Refrigerator

Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml coconut cream or full-fat thickened cream AYAM coconut cream works best
  • 400 ml water
  • 5 TBSP grass-fed gelatin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBSP cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP ghee or butter
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat gently on low, whisking constantly until the mixture is thickened and all gelatin dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone moulds of choice and pop in the fridge until set.

AGE APPROPRIATE: 12 months +
Notes:
Will last 3 days in the fridge
You can freeze gummies, but when defrosting they often melt so I would encourage consuming these fresh.
*ghee or butter can be substituted for coconut oil for dairy free
*eggs can be omitted if not tolerated
*swap cacao for carob powder to make caffeine free
*maple syrup can be omitted which I’d recommend for under 12 months
