fresh basil leaves

cassava flour

grated cheese
(omit under 12 months)

small garlic clove
diced

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
ghee
(for frying)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender
Blend until smooth
Preheat a frying pan with ghee over a medium heat. Once hot, spoon in the batter to form small pancakes
Fry until small bubbles appear on top, then flip and fry until cooked within
