Ingredients
500gramslamb mince
1big handful flat leaf parsley/mintfinely chopped
1zest of lemon
2tspcumin
1tspgarlic powder
Optional:
1-2raw chicken livers, finely chopped or if frozen grateOR 1-2 serves desiccated liver powder
2TBSPcrumbled feta cheeseomit under 12 months
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a bowl, and using your hands, mix together until combined
Roll the mixture into small sausage shapes (approximately 9-12)
Place a frying pan on a medium-high heat, and add 1 TBSP ghee or olive oil, once hot, add the koftas. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan (you may have to do this in batches).
Cook, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cooked through
