Ingredients

cup
soaked and drained lentils
cloves garlic minced
1/4
tsp
turmeric
1/2
tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
smoked paprika
1/2
cup
water
2
handfuls baby spinach leaves
1
egg (optional but does help it bind)
1
tbsp
heaped cassava flour
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth batter. Add more water if needed
Heat some coconut oil or ghee in frying pan over medium heat and fry like pancakes!

6 months+
Lentils are rich in minerals, fibre, protein and iron - nice and soft which makes a great food for your baby!
