Pour the gelatin into the water and stir well. Set it aside to thicken (bloom)
Take out a blender and add in the mango, cream, honey and turmeric. Blend until smooth
Spoon the thickened gelatin into a small saucepan with the blended mango and cream and place the saucepan over a low heat. Stir until the gelatin dissolves
Pour into gummy moulds or a baking dish to set in the fridge for at least three hours
