tinned diced tomatoes

water

ghee or olive oil
Instructions
Finely dice the mushrooms
Crush and finely dice the macadamias
Heat a fry pan over a high heat and add in the ghee or olive oil
To the pan add the miso, macadamias and mushrooms and cook on high for three minutes
Pour in the diced tomatoes and water and bring to a simmer. Cook for a further two minutes
Notes
Age Appropriate:
once tolerating macadamia nuts (tree nut allergen) and soy (miso)
