  •  Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 60 grams  frozen berries 
  • 45 grams cooked beetroot 
  • 50 grams frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 ripe spotty banana, frozen or fresh 
  • 1 date 
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp  kefir - this can be reduced if necessary and subbed with extra milk or swapped for coconut kefir for dairy free

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
