Servings 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 TBSP mint finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove grated

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir together. Serve with lamb koftas.

Notes

DF option: swap greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt
