Ingredients

coconut cream

lime juice

honey

tsp
gelatin

tbsp
water
Instructions
Remove the stem from the strawberries and place them into a blender with the coconut cream, lime juice and honey if using. Blend to combine
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with a lid until all the water has been absorbed
In a small saucepan add in the gelatin and the water. Mix and set over a low heat for the gelatin to dissolve
Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into the blender with the strawberries and cream and blend well to combine
Pour into small ramekins or jars to set in the fridge for at least two hours
Notes
AGE APPROPRIATE:
One one meal a day, OMIT honey under 12 months of age
