Strawberry & Coconut Panna Cotta

Equipment

  •  Blender
  • Small Saucepan
  • Ramekins or small jars

Ingredients
  

  • 220 grams strawberries
  • 270 ml coconut cream AYAM
  • 1.5 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stem from the strawberries and place them into a blender with the coconut cream, lime juice and honey if using. Blend to combine
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with a lid until all the water has been absorbed
  • In a small saucepan add in the gelatin and the water. Mix and set over a low heat for the gelatin to dissolve
  • Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into the blender with the strawberries and cream and blend well to combine
  • Pour into small ramekins or jars to set in the fridge for at least two hours

Notes

AGE APPROPRIATE: One one meal a day, OMIT honey under 12 months of age
