Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Stove or Cooktop

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml coconut milk or mylk of choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to active the curcumin in turmeric

Optional

  • honey to taste omit under 12 months

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and stir until mylk is warm

Notes

AGE APPROPRIATE:
2 meals a day + (please note alternative drinks should not displace breastmilk or formula under 12 months of age, but small sips are fine).
