Ingredients
1/2cuptinned baked beansorganic if possible
1/4cupmozzarella
1egg
3tbspflour of choice
1/4tsp onion powder
1clovegarlic
1/4tspsalt
1tbspcooking oil/fat of choice
Instructions
Remove some baked beans from the tin, leaving behind any excess tomato sauce from the tin
Add the beans to a small bowl with the egg, mozzarella, flour, onion powder, finely diced garlic clove and salt. Mix gently to combine
Preheat a frying pan over a medium - high heat and add in the olive oil
Once hot, begin spooning the batter into the pan. Cook on the first side for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook on the opposite side for a further 2 minutes until cooked within
