hemp seeds

milk of choice
(e.g. almond, oat, dairy)

cinnamon
1/2
cup
yoghurt of choice
(Greek or coconut for dairy-free)

chia seeds
Optional:

tsp
maple syrup
Omit under 12 months

collagen or WPI protein

Instructions
Add all ingredients
except chia seeds
to a small mixing bowl or small jars and stir to combine.
Add chia seeds and stir again to evenly distribute.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give it a stir and serve cold or slightly warmed if preferred.
