Method
- To a blender add the cashews and pulse until it resembles the texture of almond meal
- Next add the coconut, almond meal, melted coconut oil, collagen, honey, lime zest and salt
- Pulse until the mixture comes together
- Begin rolling into balls. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat
- Complete this process until you have rolled all of the mixture. Balls can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or the freezer for 2 monthsÂ
