Order nowWe all know that toddlers love finger foods. And these cashew and coconut bliss balls make for a perfect snack – they are summery and just delicious for the whole family. This recipe is not only easy to make but is also packed with nutrients to make it a balanced snack. One of the ingredients in this recipe is collagen. Collagen is a protein that is important for skin, hair and nail growth, as well as for strong bones and healthy joints and gut support.
The recipe is easy to make and won’t take much of your time. All you need is a food processor or a blender, add all the ingredients, and blend until you have a dough like mixture. Once the dough has been formed, roll it into small balls and store them in an airtight container. You can serve these balls as snacks or as a dessert after a meal.

Would these be ok for an 18month old?
Kate - Boob to Food says:
Yes, providing they are ok with the allergens and can manage the shape. You could always make them more of a log or bar shape if needed :)
