I’m the proud founder of Boob to Food. As a registered nurse, midwife, child and parenting educator, and certified nutrition consultant. I’ve dedicated my career to helping families through their whole journey into parenthood, from pregnancy to postpartum to babies and childhood nutrition.
When I’m not busy with work, I cherish every moment with my three beautiful children, Flynn, Florence and Will, and my amazing husband, Jesse.
Boob to Food was born out of my desire to shift the paradigms around infant nutrition. In 2019, I authored and self-published Milk to Meals, a book on introducing solids that quickly became a bestseller. But as my children, and my community, have grown, I realised we needed to grow with you, which led me to write Toddler to Table, a book dedicated to meals for toddlers and the whole family (because who has time to make more than one meal!).
Over the last few years, Boob to Food has grown into a tight-knit team of passionate health professionals, who I am incredibly grateful to work with, and who helped me write our books.
