Cashew Collagen Balls GF | DF | EF | RSF High speed blender or food processor 1/3 cup cashew butter3 tbsp collagen3/4 cup desiccated coconut4 dried, pitted dates ((can swap for 2 medjool dates))2 tbsp coconut oil Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to softenAdd all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combinedRoll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days AGE APPROPRIATE: once tolerating cashews (allergen) recipe created for Boob to Food by Jane Houston DessertMediterranean
