Chicken Broth & Miso Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Stir the gelatin into the 1/4 cup of water and mix well. Set aside to bloom (thicken)
  • Take out a small saucepan and add in the chicken broth and miso paste. Place over a low heat
  • Once the gelatin has thickened, spoon it into the saucepan with the broth and miso and keep it over the heat until the gelatin has dissolved
  • Pour into a small square or rectangle container and cover with a lid. Place into the fridge to set for 2 hours
  • Once set, slice into finger shaped pieces suitable sizes for BLW

Notes

Does not freeze well
* This recipe is best made with broth that is not super gelatinous i.e. not jelly when cold as the extra gelatin is not needed.
