dried dates soaked in boiling water to cover

sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
sesame seeds
1/2
cup
dessicated coconut

tbsp
cacao powder

tbsp
coconut oil
melted

Instructions
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft
To a blender or food processor add the sunflower seeds and gently pulse
Next add to the blender/food processor the soaked dates, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, organ powder and the coconut oil
Blend/pulse until incorporated and sticky enough to roll into balls
Roll into bliss balls and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. These can be frozen also for up to 3 months.
