Preheat oven to 160C fan forced
In a bowl, combine all of the dried ingredients
In a seperate bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix together until a dough forms. If it is too sticky or wet, add some more flour, or alternatively if its too crumbly, add more milk
Roll into a ball and refrigerate, covered for an hour
After an hour, place the dough between two pieces of baking paper and roll until thin (about 1/4cm thick), then using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut into desired shapes.
Place onto prepared baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden, they might still be a bit soft, allow to cool and they will firm up as they cool.
