Ingredients
1/2cupmixed herbs of choiceEg parsley, coriander, mint, basil
1/2cupbaby spinach
1/2avocado(medium sized)
1small clovegarlic(peeled)
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
1limejuice only
1tspapple cider vinegar
1tspmaple syrup(optional)
1/4tspsea salt
1tspspirulina
Instructions
Pop all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more oil if necessary.
Notes
Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days (some discolouration is normal) or freeze. This is delicious served with vegetables, lamb cutlets, as a pasta sauce or with steak.
