Iron Rich Sauce

AGE APPROPRIATE: 1 meal a day + This recipe is from our book, Milk to Meals.Not only is this sauce delicious, it’s full of iron, healthy fats and vegetables and is a sauce the whole family will enjoy Iron-rich sauce GF | DF | EF | RSF | NF Food processor or blender 1/2 cup mixed herbs of choice (Eg parsley, coriander, mint, basil)1/2 cup baby spinach1/2 avocado ((medium sized))1 small clove garlic ((peeled))1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil1 lime (juice only)1 tsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp maple syrup ((optional))1/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp spirulina Pop all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more oil if necessary. Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days (some discolouration is normal) or freeze.This is delicious served with vegetables, lamb cutlets, as a pasta sauce or with steak. 1 meal a day, 2 meals a day, 3 meals a day, Side Dish ᅠ
