With healthy fats and probiotics, they’re the perfect healthy summer snack for babies, toddlers, older kids, and adults alike! Also a great food for when you’re little one is teething and just wants ice-blocks.
Kefir Ice-blocks

- Blender
- Silicone Feeder
- 2 cup frozen strawberry slices
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup plain whole milk kefir or coconut kefir
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (omit under 12 months)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on HIGH until smooth.

Pour into iceblock molds and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

For babies I use the silicone feeders – its small amounts that fit but its not such a choking risk if you use them – I use this feeder from Haakaa (discount code BTF10)
