Ingredients

ripe avocado
1/2
cup
frozen peas, defrosted

garlic clove
1
tbsp
lemon juice
5
fresh mint leaves

ghee
Instructions
Preheat a frying pan over a medium heat, adding in the ghee
Once the pan is hot, add in the peas and garlic and cook for two minutes
Pour the garlic peas into a blender and pulse - the peas do not need to be completely smoot
Next add the avocado, mint leaves and lemon juice to the blender and blend to combine
Notes
