Pea, avocado & mint dip

Equipment

  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Ghee
  • 1  Blender
  • 1 Spoon or Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1  ripe avocado 
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 1  tbsp lemon juice 
  • 5  fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp  ghee

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a frying pan over a medium heat, adding in the ghee 
  • Once the pan is hot, add in the peas and garlic and cook for two minutes 
  •  Pour the garlic peas into a blender and pulse - the peas do not need to be completely smoot
  • Next add the avocado, mint leaves and lemon juice to the blender and blend to combine 

Notes

Age Appropriate: 1 meal a day (6 months +) 
Able to be frozen: no 
* Salt to taste if serving for older children/adults
