hemp seeds

chia seeds

yoghurt of choice
(dairy or coconut)

collagen

cinnamon

pear

prunes

maple syrup
omit under 12 months
Instructions
Add the rolled oats to a jar with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, collagen, cinnamon and maple syrup if using
Mix well and place with the lid on into the fridge over night
Chop the pear and prune into small pieces and stew with 2 tsp of water over a low heat in a covered saucepan until soft
Top with the stewed pear and prune to serve
