PEAR & PRUNE OVERNIGHT OATS

Equipment

  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Cups
  • 1 Jar
  • 1 Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt of choice (dairy or coconut)
  • 1/2 tbsp collagen optional
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 pear 
  • prunes 
  • 2 tsp maple syrup omit under 12 months

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats to a jar with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, collagen, cinnamon and maple syrup if using 
  • Mix well and place with the lid on into the fridge over night 
  • Chop the pear and prune into small pieces and stew with 2 tsp of water over a low heat in a covered saucepan until soft 
  • Top with the stewed pear and prune to serve
