Pork & Kimchi Wraps
Pork and kimchi wraps for two, perfect for lunch leftovers!
- 2 Wholemeal wraps
- 1 cup Leftover pork
- 2-3 Tbsp Kimchi
- 1 Spring onion Freshly sliced
- Handful lettuce
Gently warm two portions of the pork mixture in a small saucepan.
Place the warmed pork in the centre of the wrap and top with a generous spoonful of kimchi, spring onions and lettuce.
Wrap it up and tuck in.
