This simple wrap recipe is clearly versatile and can really be made with any number of flavour combinations.
Pork & Kimchi Wraps
- 1 Sauce pan
- 2 Wholemeal wraps
- 1 cup Leftover pork
- 2-3 Tbsp Kimchi
- 1 Spring onion Freshly sliced
- Handful lettuce
- Gently warm two portions of the pork mixture in a small saucepan.
- Place the warmed pork in the centre of the wrap and top with a generous spoonful of kimchi, spring onions and lettuce.
- Wrap it up and tuck in.
