1tsphoney or maple syrup (optional)
0.5cupswaterto bloom gelatin

Instructions
Add 1/2 cup water to a bowl with the gelatin and mix until all lumps have been removed. Set aside to thicken
Place the strawberries, slightly defrosted (or fresh), into a blender with the lemon juice, additional 1/2 cup water and sweetener if using. Blend until smooth
Pour the blended strawberry mix into a small saucepan and spoon in the bloomed gelatin
Place the saucepan over low heat and mix for roughly 3 minutes until the gelatin has dissolved
Pour the mixture into gummy moulds and place into the fridge to set for two hours
