Whipped Banana Ricotta

Equipment

  •  Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe spotty banana
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender & pulse until smooth. Will keep in the fridge for 3 days (banana will go too discoloured any longer).

AGE APPROPRIATE: when on 2+ meals a day or when tolerating dairy
