Whipped Banana Ricotta
- 1 ripe spotty banana
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a blender & pulse until smooth. Will keep in the fridge for 3 days (banana will go too discoloured any longer).
