Purple Probiotic Smoothie

- Blender
- 60g frozen berries
- 45g cooked beetroot
- 50g frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 ripe spotty banana, frozen or fresh
- 1 date
- 180g (3/4 cup) milk of choice
- 3 tbsp kefir – this can be reduced if necessary and subbed with extra milk or swapped for coconut kefir for dairy free

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
