Jelly Fruit Cups
A delicious way to incorporate gelatin in your little ones diet! Fun for parties and also for a snack for every day!
- 1 cup orange juice (roughly 3 oranges juiced)
- 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- 3 tsp gelatin
- 3 tsp water (to bloom)

Bloom the gelatin by adding the gelatin into the water. Stir and leave it to thicken

If using fresh oranges – juice the oranges. Add the juice into a small saucepan

Spoon the bloomed (thickened) gelatin into the saucepan with the orange juice and heat over a low temperature until the gelatin has dissolved

Pour into the jars or containers of choice and add in the berries

Place into the fridge to set over night or atleast 3 hours
Does not freeze.
