Jelly Fruit Cups

A delicious way to incorporate gelatin in your little ones diet! Fun for parties and also for a snack for every day!

  • 1 cup orange juice (roughly 3 oranges juiced)
  • 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • 3 tsp gelatin
  • 3 tsp water (to bloom)
  1. Bloom the gelatin by adding the gelatin into the water. Stir and leave it to thicken

  2. If using fresh oranges – juice the oranges. Add the juice into a small saucepan

  3. Spoon the bloomed (thickened) gelatin into the saucepan with the orange juice and heat over a low temperature until the gelatin has dissolved

  4. Pour into the jars or containers of choice and add in the berries

  5. Place into the fridge to set over night or atleast 3 hours

Does not freeze.
