Sunshine Mylk
Equipment
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 Stove or Cooktop
Ingredients
- 300 ml coconut milk or mylk of choice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 pinch black pepper to active the curcumin in turmeric
Optional
- honey to taste omit under 12 months
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and stir until mylk is warm
Notes
2 meals a day + (please note alternative drinks should not displace breastmilk or formula under 12 months of age, but small sips are fine).
