These little brothsicles are perfect for this, and for toddlers too! Yummy and cooling on sore gums you can also use as the perfect teether!

Bone Brothsicles
GF | EF | NF can be DF and RSF
- Blender
- Moulds
- 1 cup frozen bone broth
- 1 cup berries or fruit of choice
- 1/2 cup coconut cream/yoghurt or greek yoghurt if tolerated
- Honey to taste ((for over 12 months - under 12 months I wouldn’t add any sweetener))

Blend and pop in moulds of choice!

you can also just add the bone broth frozen by itself to the teether for young babies from when they start solids
