    Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

    • Blender or Food Processor
    • Measuring Cups
    • Refrigerator
    • bowl
    • 3/4 cup macadamias
    • 1.5 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 3 tbsp finely grated carrot - juice squeezed out
    • 1.5 tbsp MCT oil
    • 3 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1.5 tbsp orange juice
    • Zest of 1 small orange
    • Extra 4 tbsp shredded coconut for rolling
    1. Add the macadamias, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, dessicated coconut and cinnamon to a blender or food processor and blend/pulse until a meal has formed

    2. Add in the maple syrup, MCT oil, finely grated carrot (juice squeezed out into the sink), orange juice, orange rind and blend/pulse once more until the ingredients begin to stick together

    3. Roll into balls and coat in extra shredded coconut

    4. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months
