    Iron-rich sauce

    GF | DF | EF | RSF | NF

    • Food processor or blender
    • 1/2 cup mixed herbs of choice (Eg parsley, coriander, mint, basil)
    • 1/2 cup baby spinach
    • 1/2 avocado ((medium sized))
    • 1 small clove garlic ((peeled))
    • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 lime (juice only)
    • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tsp maple syrup ((optional))
    • 1/4 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp spirulina
    1. Pop all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more oil if necessary.

    Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days (some discolouration is normal) or freeze.
    This is delicious served with vegetables, lamb cutlets, as a pasta sauce or with steak.
