    • Chef's knife
    • Blender or Food Processor
    • Measuring Spoons
    • Serving bowl or container
    • 120g tinned mackerel
    • 1/2 cup cottage cheese or quark
    • 2 tbsp fresh herbs ((parsley or dill))
    • 1/4 tsp salt ((optional))
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • Zest of half a lemon
    1. Finely chop the fresh herbs

    2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smoothServe as a toast topper or a nutrient dense dip for other finger foods
