Nutrient Dense Porridge
Oats help stabilise blood glucose levels, improve satiety and are a good source of complex carbohydrates, fibre and vitamins especially when paired with some of the nutrient dense toppings listed below! I do recommend souring the oats to aid digestion; you can watch my previous IGTV on how and why do this with grains and beans/legumes! Oats can be introduced around 8-10 months once your baby has been digesting foods in the 6-8 month guide with no issues!
