Breast milk pops! An amazing and fun way to not only nourish your baby, but help them soothe those sore gums! You can do this at any age as it’s essentially just breastmilk, although I’d recommend to use a silicone mould sterilised around the ice block so that baby can’t choke on bits of ice if it breaks off.
 
I like this fresh food teether (discount code is BTF10) and you just add expressed breast milk to the moulds and freeze! You can also do this with any antenatally expressed colostrum if you have any spare.
