Homemade frozen yoghurt without all of the nasties. It is refreshing and delicious and you can add whatever fruit you like. Mangoes are coming into season now and summer is in the air, and I personally think mango and yoghurt is a match made in heaven. I have added a seed for some extra texture and nutrient kick. You could add any other nut or seed that you like.

Mango and hemp seed frozen yoghurt

  • 300 grams Mango flesh
  • 500 grams or 2 cups of full fat yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend well and then pour the mixture into a cake tin and put it in the freezer for two hours. Its easiest to serve when it's still a little soft. If it is too frozen just pop it in the fridge to soften a little before you serve.

  2. Serve with extra fresh fruit or seeds if you please.
