Mushroom, Macadamia & Miso ‘Mince’
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 100 grams mushroom
- 30 grams macadamias
- 10 grams miso
- 200 grams tinned diced tomatoes
- 50 grams water
- 2 tsp ghee or olive oil
Instructions
- Finely dice the mushrooms
- Crush and finely dice the macadamias
- Heat a fry pan over a high heat and add in the ghee or olive oil
- To the pan add the miso, macadamias and mushrooms and cook on high for three minutes
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and water and bring to a simmer. Cook for a further two minutes
