AGE APPROPRIATE: 12 months +

These little morsels of deliciousness are an amazing snack for your little one (or yourself) full to the brim of beautiful healthy fats and protein to keep them sustained and hopefully out of the fridge every 2 minutes asking for a snack.

I’d recommend these ones for over 12 months as cacao does contain caffeine, or swap out the cacao for Carob powder to make them caffeine free.

Fat Bomb Gelatin Gummies

GF | NF can be DF and EF and RSF

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons   cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons   ghee or butter

  2. Pour the mixture into silicone moulds of choice and pop in the fridge until set.

Notes:
Will last 3 days in the fridge
You can freeze gummies, but when defrosting they often melt so I would encourage consuming these fresh.
I use Nutraorganics Gelatin, discount code BOOBTOFOOD
*ghee or butter can be substituted for coconut oil for dairy free
*eggs can be omitted if not tolerated
*swap cacao for Carob powder to make caffeine free
*maple syrup can be omitted which I’d recommend for under 12 months

Love these but my little one not so much, it’s a texture thing she loves choc flavoured things. Are there any ways I could use these in another way she might like them?

Luka says:

hmm you can let them go soft at room temp and then blend, maybe need to add some more liquid, and freeze for iceblocks?
