You can choose any topping that suits your fancy, and you can easily make this recipe dairy-free if you swap the greek yogurt with coconut yoghurt.
Yoghurt Bark

- Nut Butter
- Baking Tray
- Freezer
- Utensils
- 2 cups greek yoghurt of choice – can be naturally flavoured or plain – or coconut yoghurt for dairy free!
- 2 TBSP nut butter of choice (see notes)
- 2 handfuls of toppings of choice

Line baking tray with baking paper

Pour yoghurt into the tray and spread until it is a thin layer

Drizzle with nut butter (if using)

Now for the fun part – ask your toddler to help sprinkle your chosen toppings on top of the yoghurt.

Place in the freezer for a couple of hours, once frozen, you can break it all apart together and enjoy. For young babies, break very large pieces off – it will melt as they eat it – you can let it soften a bit before you offer as well
