Avocado & Macadamia Choc Mousse

A delicious chocolate mousse incorporating the goodness of avocado and banana, with rich cacao.

Macadamias are such a wonderful source of protein, and you can top your mousse with fruit and additions of your choice! We love to use seasonal fruits, and I also love a sprinkling of hemp seeds or bee pollen.

A wholesome, high-protein snack that the whole family will love!
